NetVetted (netvetted.com) is an independent website operated by Clickjoymedia that publishes reviews and advertising pages for consumer technology. This page explains how we make money and how to recognise our advertising.
We are an affiliate
We earn money through affiliate partnerships. When you follow a link on our site or on one of our advertising pages and then buy a product, the seller or its affiliate network may pay us a commission. You pay the same price whether or not you use our link.
Our current affiliate partner is Total VPN, part of the Total Security family of products that also includes TotalAV. We may add or remove partners over time; this page will be updated when we do.
Our advertising pages
Pages we use in online advertising, such as the pages people reach from our Google ads, promote a single product. They are advertisements, labelled as such at the top of the page, and they are not an independent comparison of every option on the market.
Those pages are written and operated by NetVetted (Clickjoymedia), not by Total VPN or Total Security Limited. When you click a button on them you leave our site and continue on the seller's website, where the seller's prices, terms, renewal conditions and privacy policy apply.
How commissions affect what we publish
- A commission never changes the facts we state about a product's price, renewal terms, refund policy or features.
- Prices and offers are set by the seller and can change. The price on the seller's checkout page is the one that applies.
- We describe features based on the seller's published information and our own use at the time of writing.
How we track referrals
To be paid, we need to know which sales started on our site. When you click an offer button, our server records the click and passes a visit identifier to the seller in the link. The seller's affiliate network sends that identifier back when a purchase happens. We do not receive your name or payment details. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Trademarks
TotalAV®, Total VPN and their logos are trademarks of Total Security Limited. Other product names are the property of their owners. We use them only to identify the products we write about; this does not imply endorsement by their owners.
