These Terms govern your use of netvetted.com (the “Site”), operated by NetVetted, Phoenix Business Centre, The Penthouse, Old Railway Track, Santa Venera SVR 9022, Malta. By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site publishes reviews and information about consumer technology and links to products sold by third parties. We do not sell products, take payments or provide the software we review.

2. Purchases from third parties

When you follow a link to a seller such as TotalAV, you leave the Site. Any purchase is a contract between you and that seller, under the seller’s own terms, privacy policy, renewal terms and refund policy. Questions about billing, cancellations, refunds or the software itself must go to the seller.

3. Affiliate relationships

We earn commissions from some sellers we link to. See our Disclaimer for details.

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you must not:

5. Intellectual property

The text, design and graphics on the Site belong to NetVetted or its licensors. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date, or that any product described on it will meet your needs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NetVetted is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there. This includes the Australian Consumer Law for consumers in Australia, the Ley Orgánica de Defensa del Consumidor for consumers in Ecuador, and applicable state and federal law for consumers in the United States.
